Seven lives saved. One incredible young man.

Noah Dugas proudly wore #71. His kindness, courage and final gift of organ donation gave hope and health to seven people, and started a movement that supports youth, families and communities.

Words from Noah

Noah’s story in three lines

  1. A boy who loved hockey, the lake and his family one shift at a time.
  2. A fighter who found his words during rehab one affirmation at a time.
  3. A legacy that lives on in seven people one heartbeat at a time.

During his rehabilitation, Noah wrote a series of affirmations: I am kind, I am strong, I am helpful, I am a leader, I can do hard things, I can reach my goals, I am resilient, I am brave, I am loved. Today they are the foundation of the NoahStrong movement.
